Refund and Returns Policy

How long does a customer have to return an item?

Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you have received your order (according to the tracking date on file from the shipping carrier), we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

What is the procedure for a return or exchange?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shipped back to us within 30-days of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Who pays to return items back to you?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Are there any items that you do not refund?

A ‘change of mind’ because we print on demand & do not hold stock.
The item(s) have been worn or washed
The item(s) have been altered in any way.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault.
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
The item(s) were a Final Sale item 

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What if my item is damaged?

We replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. If an item is damaged Take a picture of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please take pictures from all sides of the products and email them to: [email protected]

How will I know you got my return get to you?

If you are returning an item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What if I put the wrong address?

Notify us right away. If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. We can not refund due to wrong addresses.
